For the lightweight index with links, see llms.txt. Patrick Bennett is a C-level Creative Executive with 20+ years of experience leading global creative departments at Jack Morton, Momentum Worldwide, R/GA, Digitas, and Ogilvy. He specializes in the intersection of high-fidelity brand storytelling, impactful experiential marketing, and increasingly autonomous AI workflows. He is a "Systems Thinker" who builds creative engines for the world's most iconic brands, including American Express, Walmart, NVIDIA, Google, Meta, and DoorDash. Current role: Independent Creative Leader. Prior: Global Chief Creative Officer at Jack Morton, orchestrating global creative excellence and AI integration; Executive Creative Director at Momentum Worldwide (Amex, Walmart, Verizon); Co-Founder of Uncommon Caribbean (100k+ monthly users); early leadership at R/GA, Digitas, Ogilvy, and iCrossing. Key quantified impact: American Express Member Week (>200k downloads, >3M notifications); Voya Born to Save (200M+ impressions, 20% of eligible Americans); Verizon display (7.8B impressions, 12.8M clicks, 200k+ orders Year 1); TD Bank (9-year cycle reduced to 9 months). ## Approach The creative's mission is to make people feel. Not politely ask people to feel. But to deeply empathize. To find clarity of vision. To craft. And to share experiences that compel people to feel a certain way. Empowered, energized, safe, sad, and accomplished—these are some of the arrows in the creative's quiver. How we efficiently, effectively, and collaboratively deploy them to solve challenges (big, small, digital, analog, or otherwise) defines whether or not we're successful. ## Work Examples # Pokémon — Celebrating an Iconic Franchise While the overall concept of “What's your Favorite Pokémon?” was the brainchild of agency partners, the team at Jack led Super Bowl talent and social media content. This campaign is very much in progress and there are more, big experiential surprises yet to come this year. Stay tuned! --- # American Express — Access to all Access Yes, everyone knows membership has its privileges, but over the years, it's become harder for the uninitiated to know all the access available to cardmembers. We set out to change that with the most audacious thing we could think of. Let prospects do the unthinkable: act like a member for a week. It started with the Member Week Pass, an Amex-like card prospects could download to their digital wallets. There, it would provide up-to-the-minute updates on Member Week Activities and, most importantly, access to those activities like a Card Member. Then, we unleashed experiences for Card Members and prospects to enjoy all across the country. An intimate night with Olivia Rodrigo in LA, NBA All-Star ticket drops in Chicago, Outstanding in the Field dinners, exclusive nights on Broadway, limited edition Hypebeast drops, Top Golf pro meet-ups, and more—all culminating with a Lil Simz concert in NYC. We set out to make American Express Member Week the best week ever for Card Members and Prospects alike, and in the process, turned digital wallets into our largest real-time comms channel, ensuring no one missed a moment. **Results:** - 200k Member Week Pass Downloads - 3M Notifications delivered --- # Netflix — An Ibasho for a Brand For ten years, Netflix has shaped Japan's subcultures—sparking fandoms, driving conversations, creating obsessions. But while fans celebrated their favorite titles, they rarely celebrated the brand itself. For Netflix's 10th anniversary, we gave Japan's fandoms what they needed most: an ibasho, a sanctuary where they could gather and be themselves. We transformed a three-story Shibuya department store into Netflix Town—an 11-day immersive cityscape built from Japan's actual viewing data. Five themed zones brought beloved titles to life. Memory Lane's nostalgic streetscape with character phone booths, Heroes Station's 30-meter leap-motion battle screen, Love Garden's four seasons of romance, Survival Gym's electrifying Squid Game challenges, and Anime Street. Every corner designed for organic sharing, every detail reminding fans: "What's next?" The activation didn't just celebrate a decade—it reframed Netflix from streaming service to cultural home. Fans showed up in force, creators gained first access, and the digital conversation exploded. Japan finally saw Netflix as more than a delivery system. It became their ibasho. **Results:** - 55k Fans visited (138% above target) - 225k Brand mentions across social channels --- # DoorDash — Owning the Cannes Moment DoorDash Ads' advantage is clear. It's not just targeting; it's relevance at the moment of intent. The opportunity for the brand's Cannes debut was to translate that promise into something marketers could feel, not just understand. To land DoorDash Ads with a splash in the middle of the busiest moment in advertising, we built the boldest, brightest, most unmissable moment on the Croisette. Our bright red custom-build featured LED walls, panel sessions, private lounge, and a "Life Assistant" hub allowing guests to own moments only Cannes attendees could understand like winning gold, melting in the sun, or staying out all night. The result was a debut that cut through the Cannes noise. Senior marketers from Netflix, Pepsi, Unilever, and more didn't just stop by—they booked meetings. Every detail reinforced the core message: DoorDash Ads shows up with contextual precision where it matters most. --- # Avenida Desperados — Leaning into a Latin Vibe Gen Z had largely stopped going out for regular drinks. Cost-of-living pressures and shifting social habits meant they were saving their energy—and their money—for the big cultural moments that still felt worth it. Desperados needed to meet them where they actually showed up: festivals, clubs, street corners, the moments where expression came naturally and inhibition dropped away. We created Avenida Desperados, a living Latin world that transformed any space into a vibrant expression of The Beer with Latin Vibe. Built on a modular design system—Bodega Bars, neon signs, murals, street furniture, the Vibe Crew—it could scale from a corner bodega to a 30,000-person Elrow festival. Latin artists fused with local creators. Analogue touchpoints like postcards, phone booths, and nail bars sparked participation. Every activation built toward Rush Hour, a ritual of sound, light, and release that became the heartbeat of the experience. The platform proved itself globally, delivering category-leading uplifts and turning cultural participation into measurable brand affinity. Desperados showed up in the moments Gen Z still chose—and gave them a world worth joining. **Results:** - 64M Social impressions - +12% Brand Meaningfulness (17.6% in Spain) --- # SAP — Run Like Never Before For modern businesses, it's no longer enough to Run Better. We knew that today's leaders need a partner in their revolution. So, we positioned SAP to help them Run Like Never Before. The resulting campaign featured globe-spanning footage shot on location capturing the front lines of future-forward businesses — from the massive multinationals all the way down to the businesses running “with a department of one.” Global online executions further extended the campaign's reach. From full-page takeovers to interactive display and social media experiences — the Run Like Never Before buzz was everywhere. All of it drove to a rich landing experience where users could explore how SAP was delivering on their promise by partnering with the most beloved brands on the planet. --- # Voya — Born to Save Traditionally, retirement companies use fear to sell their products. “Surprise! You need to save more!” To launch Voya Financial, we flipped the script to embrace optimism with the Born to Save Campaign and gave every baby born in America on Oct 20th a free, funded retirement account. The campaign drove explosive earned media across social and broadcast that resulted in a 56% leap in brand awareness and 20% of eligible (tiny) Americans and their families from all 50 states participating in the program. **Results:** - 56% increase in brand awareness (MoM) - 320M impressions in 2 weeks (Over 70% earned) --- # Uncommon Caribbean — An Uncommon Reinvention As consumers expect more for their travel dollars and demand to hear from a wider range of voices, the Caribbean has been overlooked due to years of commoditization. So, we created a small team driven to undo the damage from an authentically West Indian perspective. (And have a ton of fun along the way.) The result was Uncommon Caribbean—a media outlet, curation platform, influencer network, and stock photography provider mission-built to shatter the one-size-fits-all Caribbean tourism narrative. We successfully achieved these feats by celebrating the culturally enriching and adventurous experiential travel opportunities found in every corner of the Caribbean. **Results:** - ~1M monthly reach - ~3k articles published ## Experience **Independent — Creative Leader** (04/2026 – Present) - Helped architect the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity's new Experiential Lion - Acted as president of the African Cristal Festival Awards championing the best marketing from across the continent - Led a complete rebrand of the BLAC Internship Program for Black and underrepresented talent **Jack Morton — Global Chief Creative Officer** (08/2024 – 04/2026) - Led Creative excellence across all global offices and chaired the Global Creative Leadership Council. - Orchestrated and launched a new, elevated, audience-centric agency purpose: We Manifest Culture. - Architected and integrated proprietary human-in-the-loop AI workflows across Strategy and Creative workstreams. - Clients included NVIDIA, Google, Meta, GM, IBM, Netflix, The Pokémon Company, and DoorDash, among others. **Momentum Worldwide — Executive Creative Director** (07/2021 – 07/2024) - Led the New York Creative department. - Clients included American Express, Walmart, and Verizon, among others. - Concepted and led American Express Member Week campaign, where anyone could act like a card member for a week and engage in over a dozen experiential moments across the country. - Led the creation of Interpublic's first-ever Black Impact Day — taking a day for the entire HoldCo to pause and shine a light on the brilliance of our Black talent. **Consultant** (03/2017 – 07/2021) - VaynerMedia — Led key initiatives for Chase including the relaunch of their mobile banking app. - Kantar — Distilled the work from tens of thousands of highly-skilled research and strategy specialists into a powerful new brand purpose and ownable unique selling point. - The VIA Agency — Consulted on national expansion and contributed creative for multiple accounts. - R/GA — Reimagined a new creative strategy and vision for Verizon's unlimited plan products. - Viacom — Contributed brand guidance for the Paramount Network launch. - KBS — Helped guide the successful pitch of the World of Hyatt Agency of Record account. - Gannett — Led creativity in marketing thought leadership workshops **Uncommon Caribbean — Co-Founder** (03/2010 – 07/2021) - Built the first experiential travel media channel focused exclusively on the Caribbean;
